As a Marketing & Communications Officer at Top Way, you will be responsible for shaping and promoting the company’s brand identity, managing internal and external communications, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing the company’s public presence through digital platforms, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that align with Top Way’s brand and business objectives.
Manage the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, and presentations.
Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to support events, sponsorships, and public relations initiatives.
Maintain consistent messaging across all communication platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders.
Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and positioning.
Support crisis communication planning and implementation when required.
