As a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator at Top Way, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation with system data.

• Coordinate inventory movements and ensure proper documentation for transfers, adjustments, and returns.

• Optimize storage solutions and ensure items are stored safely and in accordance with guidelines.

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Monitor stock levels and alert relevant departments of shortages, overstock, or slow-moving items.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse operations.

• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports for management review.

• Oversee and train warehouse staff on procedures, inventory systems, and safety practices.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed (with proper certification).
