As an Accountant at Top Way, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. You’ll work closely with internal departments to support budgeting, reporting, and financial planning efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial data.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing timely financial data and analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable financial regulations.
Review and process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Monitor cash flow and assist in managing company budgets.
Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure all required documentation is available.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and assist with tax filings and reporting.
