As an IT Support Specialist at Top Way, you will play a critical role in maintaining the functionality, efficiency, and security of our technology infrastructure. You will provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations. This position requires strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to assist users across the organization and maintain high IT service standards.


Responsibilities


  • Provide front-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both in-person and remotely.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues involving workstations, printers, mobile devices, applications, and system access.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within company systems and platforms.

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and data security.

  • Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff or vendors as necessary.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory records of IT hardware and software assets.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees by preparing IT equipment and access credentials.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT solutions align with business needs.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, support incidents, and system changes.
