As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor at Top Way, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of our company’s vehicle fleet. Your role includes managing routine servicing, inspections, and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and efficient. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate schedules, liaise with vendors, and implement best practices in fleet management to support continuous operations and safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet maintenance operations, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Schedule and coordinate service and maintenance work for all company vehicles in accordance with operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with local and national vehicle safety standards and maintenance regulations.

• Manage maintenance records, service logs, and inspection documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

• Monitor vehicle performance and troubleshoot recurring mechanical issues to reduce downtime.

• Lead and support a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts procurement, repairs, and specialized services.

• Track maintenance costs and recommend cost-effective solutions to optimize fleet performance.

• Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures related to fleet operations.

• Communicate effectively with operations and logistics teams to ensure fleet availability and reliability.
