Project Overview

This contract encompassed the design, construction, and operation of essential base facilities, including housing units, gymnasiums, sanitation systems, dining structures, and other critical infrastructure. Executed under high-security conditions and tight schedules, the project reinforced Top Way’s capacity to deliver mission-aligned, high-quality support infrastructure that meets and exceeds U.S. government standards.

Scope of Work

1. Modular Housing Units
Design, fabrication, and installation of fully insulated, climate-controlled living quarters tailored to U.S. military comfort and safety standards. Units included bunk beds, integrated HVAC systems, secure access points, and privacy partitions.

2. Sanitation & Ablution Facilities
Deployment of self-contained sanitary units with full plumbing infrastructure, including:

• Showers & restrooms (male/female designated)

• Water treatment integration

• Greywater disposal systems

• Regular disinfection & water testing

3. Gym & Wellness Facilities
Construction of gymnasium and fitness structures equipped with commercial-grade training equipment, shock-absorbing flooring, and HVAC ventilation systems — ensuring troops maintain peak physical condition while deployed.

4. Base Support & Maintenance
Provision of power generation, waste management, water delivery, and on-site repair teams to sustain daily base operations. This included diesel supply coordination, electrical distribution, and technical troubleshooting.

5. Dining & MWR Support Structures
Fabrication of Dining Facilities (DFACs), shaded MWR (Morale, Welfare, Recreation) zones, and controlled-entry storage spaces. These were built to enhance quality of life while maintaining operational readiness.
