As a Logistics Coordinator at Top Way, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and supply chain activities across our operations. You will work closely with vendors, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure that materials and products are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. This role requires a proactive and organized professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and goods.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve delivery issues.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, customs declarations, and transport logs.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
Assist in route planning and load scheduling to optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot any supply chain issues that may arise, recommending improvements where needed.
Support logistics reporting and analysis for performance review and operational planning.
Maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers and other key partners.
