As a Logistics Coordinator at Top Way, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of transportation and supply chain activities across our operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and goods.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.

• Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve delivery issues.

• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, customs declarations, and transport logs.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.

• Assist in route planning and load scheduling to optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and troubleshoot any supply chain issues that may arise, recommending improvements where needed.

• Support logistics reporting and analysis for performance review and operational planning.
