As Head of Logistics & Warehouses at Top Way, Mr. Fabian leads the end-to-end management of the company’s supply chain, warehousing, and distribution operations. With a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership approach, he ensures that materials, equipment, and goods move efficiently and securely across all project sites and client operations.
Mr. Fabian oversees a complex logistics network, optimizing transportation routes, warehouse layouts, and inventory systems to meet demanding project timelines and ensure just-in-time delivery. His role includes managing inbound and outbound flows, monitoring stock levels, reducing operational bottlenecks, and implementing best-in-class logistics practices.
With a strong background in warehouse operations, Mr. Fabian brings structure and scalability to Top Way’s storage facilities, ensuring that assets are safeguarded, traceable, and readily accessible. He is also instrumental in introducing automation, safety protocols, and continuous process improvements across all warehouse locations.
